The Elements of Art community (EOA) proudly presents our third compilation of ideas, consisting of 5 volumes. If you have not heard of EOA, then please take a moment to get to know what we’re all about.

EOA’s sole purpose is to inspire the artist that perhaps is in a “writer’s block.” This community is conspired of all ranges of artists housed here at DeviantART, from poets to pixel artists and painters from every walk of life and every level of experience. As members of EOA, they take part in submitting their own useless ideas to spark another artist’s interest, encouraging the onlooker to use it or draw from it. From a group of highly creative people, EOA promises that one can find in each volume of 30 ideas something of pursuit, whether the idea is one of absurd humor or earnest seriousness. Variety is the key and there is something for everyone. And as our motto has become, these ideas are for your “use and abuse.”

We have received comments from DA artists stating that our principle is offensive to an artist’s creativity and imagination; that our volumes of ideas are suggesting that artists here aren’t creative enough to come up with their own inspirations. Again, EOA’s purpose is to help motivate the creative juices of the artist, not to offend them by saying, “we have better ideas, and you should use them.” Inspiration comes in every form; we’re just another. Should you choose to look upon what the members of EOA have presented to the DeviantART community, you are embarking upon another world of revelation.
