{fire} magazine has released their 4th issue - 04 Article23. On 1 July, 500,000 of people have taken to the streets of Hong Kong to protest against a new anti-subversion law, Article 23. In this issue of {fire}, we used our cameras to record the event. If you were there, you will recall the heat. If you weren't there, you will feel the energy of the protesters.

It was the biggest rally in Hong Kong since protests against Beijing's Tiananmen Square killings in 1989.

If you weren't there, you will feel the energy of the protesters. They gave up their holiday time and joined the march because they desire freedom and more importantly, they love Hong Kong.

It's quite surprising that many of my foreign friends didn't know the Article 23 issue. I hope this issue of {fire} can spread our voices to the rest of the world, let them know that we are facing a threat to our freedom.
