Robert Palmer Dies At 54

reports, September 29, 2003Musician Robert Palmer, known for his songs Addicted To Love and Simply Irresistible, died of a heart attack in Paris. He was pronounced dead Friday September, 26. He was 54 years of age.
Robert Palmer came out in the mid-1970's with songs like Bad Case Of Loving You and Every Kinda People. With his fashionable clothes and sophisticated style, he easily became big and was one of the first artists to have music videos.
In 1985, he formed the group The Power Station which made hits such as Some Like It Hot. Robert Palmer was best known for his videos Addicted To Love and Simply Irresistible, using models as the back up band. Earlier this year, Robert came out with a album Drive which was inspired by blues music.
Robert Palmer was, without a doubt, a great inspiration to the 80's. He will be missed.
