depthCORE shines in the light again as we release another strong art pack that takes us back to our roots.
depthCORE releases it's final pack for the year of 2004--entitled "Element"--a venture into the fundamental pieces that shape the world, life, and mind. Pack 16 features over 75 works of art, including debut works of art from Rick Pirman (arterie).
2005 is a going to be a great year for us, as we embark on new themes and expand our knowledge. We will be releasing a new version of depthCORE, as well as open up a slew of new and exciting features that will tickle the interested minds and artists alike. Be sure to keep on visiting, as we always appreciate your support and time for making depthCORE as big as it is today.
As always, special thanks to Shiver7 for hosting us, and especially Justin Maller for having the vision to go above and beyond.

I see stretched rasters and aliased imagery, among other technical problems. No one has taken the time to say, "Those edges look rather jagged or need some fixing up," no one has put that attention to detail into their work, it's almost as if no one has any pride in their work to look at the aforementioned items. As for the group aesthetic, it's almost like you guys said, "Hey here's the name of the pack guys, let's go make something spiffy." Have you guys learned nothing from your "experiments"?
Also, there's a difference between good experiments and BAD experiments, and with the exception of Sec, the work your members displayed in this pack is labeled in the latter category. I'd suggest you get your members together and really think through what needs to be done to bring the quality of your packs up to a repectful quality.

Great work tends to grow out of ideas that others have overlooked,
and no idea is so overlooked as one that's unthinkable
