It came about when the creators dicovered that there were very few libraries of Underwater photography available to the public.
The website allows guests to browse the images and view 200px Thumbnails of the photography stored on the website. You can then register, for free, and gain access to higher resolution images. Royalty free images can also be purchased through the site.
