deviantART.com email addresses have been blacklisted by
America Online, Inc. AOL users are not currently receiving email responses from any deviantART.com email address. The deviantART users most affected by this blacklisting are those who have submitted inquiries to the
Prints Help Desk.
deviantART users who have previously submitted a
Prints Help request, or are waiting on email responses after submitting
prints for approval should use an email address that is on a private/company domain, or create a free email account with a provider which currently accepts deviantART.com emails.
Customers of the
Print Shop are also affected by this ban and they will not receive confirmation emails from us in regards to their current orders. You may check the status of your orders at any time by navigating to the
account page.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you, but until the ban is lifted we will be unable to respond to any inquiries which require email correspondence.
Some email providers which provide free email accounts and are not currently blocking deviantART.com email addresses are:
Gmail,
Yahoo, and
Hotmail. We suggest using one of these providers in the interim till we can make further accomodations.
