Welcome one and all to my
"Budding Manga Artists" Feature. As we know, artists from all over the world
have become enraptured by the Japanese sense of comics and cartooning.
An artform most simply refer to as "anime" or "manga".
"Budding Manga Artists" Feature. As we know, artists from all over the world
have become enraptured by the Japanese sense of comics and cartooning.
An artform most simply refer to as "anime" or "manga".
Every week, I plan to bring to you some of our lesser known manga artists
on DA. Artists with budding talent and big hearts, who are destined to
develop their skills above and beyond!
This week: ~izumika
izumika's art is both colorful and cute. Its cheerful tone could probably brighten anyone's day, and he has a wonderful touch with traditional medium. His use of these traditional mediums and textured papers gives his art a look that resonates older manga art, and yet his fun style is very modern.
