Theme: Candy Contest
Don't know what to do with all the leftover Halloween candy lying around? Well, eat it! But before you do, take some macro pictures of it and submit to *macrophoto's Nevember contest, Candy.

Prizes:

The top three entries will be entered into the club's gallery.

The 1st place entry will recieve 6 months free bannerles Web Hosting courtesy of www.TimsDesign.com. You must provide your own Domain Name.

Timeline:

• Submissions accepted until: November 23, 2005


• Voting starts: November 23, 2005


• Voting ends: November 26, 2005

Rules:

• The photo must be some sort of candy. Any candy will do


• THE IMAGE MUST BE A MACRO - I'm not getting into reproduction ratios, but there should be no question whether it's a macro or not. If it is questionable, I'll probably deny it. If you're not sure if your image is close enough, send me a note and ask


• Try and make good use of DEPTH OF FIELD


• The image may not be edited except for the following modifications. The point of this is to make sure it is a photo and not a photo-manipulation. Use your common sense. If you're not clear on if you can do something, ask first. If there's an edit that's reasonable and not on this list, let me know and I'll add it

minor blemish fixes - Be careful with this. Editing dust out is ok. Actually changing the picture's subject is not.


• Only members of =macrophoto may submit entries (just watch the group to become a member)


• Please adhere to dA submission guidelines and use good judgment. We'll help you out with that if need be.


• Sorry, only one entry per person. We will not change an entry after it has been submitted. However, if your submission has been rejected, you will be allowed to submit another image before the end of the contest.

Voting will open after all contest entries have been posted.



When will my deviation be posted?
Whenever I have time to do it. It will most likely be posted within a day of when you send it, but please do not ask if I got the note unless it has been longer than 3 days. If you ask me before it's been 3 days, I'll probably be mad at you. I do have a life outside of DA.
