Dead Silence Movie Contest Winners

lolly:iconlolly: reports, March 15, 2007
From the writer and director of the international phenomenon Saw comes an experience on the razor's edge of fear, Dead Silence. There is an old ghost story in the sleepy town of Ravens Fair about Mary Shaw, a ventriloquist who went mad. Accused of the murder of a young boy, she was hunted down by vengeful townspeople who cut out her tongue and killed her. They buried her along with her "children," a hand-made collection of vaudeville dolls.

Under the hat^s - Photography (Mature Content)

(Warning: Contains Mature Content. )

...lay true artists.
Often overlooked due to their symbols, it is my intention to bring to light the talented people you call Gallery Directors. Thanks to $spinegrinder for choosing the thumbs to showcase. Note: This is a repost as the original posting was bugged and not showing up properly, my apologies to those that commented.

^garrit - General Photography
^garrit is an artist gifted in not only spotting the beauty in nature, but also in capturing and retranslating it without losing any of the magic in the process.

^superkev - General Photography
Best known for his mastery of lighting and his superb portraits, his 'elemental' work is truly phenomenal and his travel photos are brilliant. This photographer connects with his subject and his spaces. His passion translates well through his images.

^hesitation - General Photography
Her travel photography surpasses most that I've seen and she makes every location interesting and colorful. Whether it's a bench, a structure, or a crowd of people, you'll wish you were there too.

^radiopooh - Stock Photography
Truly a free spirit, his work is easy-going and far from pretentious. You can find a touch of his quirky humour in every piece and you'll easily come to understand that he learned long ago not to take life, or himself, too seriously.

^scottb - Artistic Nude Photography
The nude form has long since been a muse for many artists but it takes a certain breed to ride that thin line between beauty and obscene. His gallery is full of proof that he is a photographer that can find beauty in any form and does so with compassion and respect.

^serpentinekiss - Fetish Photography
Not only a gifted model, her work behind the lens as a photographer is truly inspiring. Her photography is alluring, sexy, provocative and tasteful. If you didn't have a fetish before you looked at her gallery, you will now.

wellwell.
what can we say. I love ^garrit's deep emotion in every god damn picture of his. Also the fetish topic of ^serpentinekiss - it's quite devious and at the same time beautifully glamourious. ^scottb has really interesting angles to make his art more attractive - I think without those crazy angles, it would be just beautiful nude portraits (y'know, those common ones).

The rest.. well.. out of my style, actually. But i like them. And I like what they do - behind the camera and in devArt.

Greets to all photo gallery directors. :D

Good to see this :). It's true I don't really look at the gallery director's gallery's, but that's gonna change!

I've always loved visiting the gallery director's pages. I'm glad they got their own feature. Such tireless effort exposing other people's work certainly deserves having the spotlight turned on them for once :D

You don't remember? Well then I don't remember either! Maybe I wasn't even there... :O_o:

Alice came to a fork in the road...
"Which road do I take?"she asked.
"Where do you want to go?"responded the Cheshire cat.
"I don't know,"Alice answered.
Then said the cat,"it doesn't matter"
