reports, February 2, 2006Andrew Lynch tried to get his parking ticket repealed, but was rejected. Nothing unusual there- until he paid the fine, sent a letter to the council... and received a sixteen-line poem in reponse. Not to be outdone, Mr. Lynch replied in kind.
