With the realization that the new Doll gallery is quickly materializing, we require a wee 16x16 gallery icon (you know: the icons that you currently see during the submission process and on user's front pages to the left of their deviation names?). This is a little contest to give you a chance to have your work plastered everywhere the Doll icon is going to appear -- and win some flantastic prizes along the way!


Premise:

Using your tiny 16x16 canvas, you will create an adequate icon that effectively illustrates a DIGITAL ART > DOLL section.

Not the faintest idea what a "doll" is? Wikipedia to the rescue! (Scroll to the bottom for helpful sites with examples.)

Sounds simple? You bet! Challenging? Just as much!

Prizes:

1st: 1 year-sub and your icon becoming the official Doll section's icon!
2nd: 6 month-sub
3rd: 6 month-sub

Rules:

Must be 16x16 pixels. Like these:
Must be either .GIF or .PNG format.
No animations. Just a static image.
Please use transparency if your icon does not take up every pixel.
Should be pixel art.
No blurring.
No antialiasing.
No dodging.
Submit into CONTESTS > DOLL GALLERY ICON
Submit by the 29th of May.
Submit as many as you'd like, though you can only win one place (one prize).
Quality > quanitity

Contest will be judged by resident Icons mafiaso, ^rocksicle, and me, ^halfliquid, your Pixel Art gallery director. Places will be picked on how well you execute the presmise and excercise the rules!
