Although we often times find ourselves in situations where we are shocked by the beautiful nature around us, very few of us can actually adjust our photographic eyes and get a successful picture of that scenery that we are seeing before us. I rarely am able to truly capture the beauty of a place with a camera; it’s very difficult given that our eye can see so much while the camera is limited to a measured framed distance. Regardless, nature photography is a very beautiful part of art which deep down I think we all enjoy. A picture of the country may very well remind you of your childhood when you ate apple pie with your family or a picture of the city can unfortunately remind you of your long drive to work everyday. A picture is worth a million words, and unfortunately some artists aren’t able to share those million word photographs with many people…. So I have taken it into my hands to feature photographers in various areas of photography. This first article of a “Million Word Artists” will be focused on relatively unknown nature photographers (landscape, waterscape, etc.) Please keep a look out for the upcoming articles which will focus on different areas.

~steampoweredk9 , Australian landscape photographer has an incredible gallery! With less than 8,000 page views he shows the ocean life in every way possible. From early morning shots, to romantic evening shots. This gallery is sure to relax you, and maybe even make you feel like you’re in Australia along with ~steampoweredk9 !

I just recently added Saudi Arabian photographer =waleed-DP to my watch list. It didn't take me long to know that =waleed-DP has the potential to become just as skilled as some of the great photographers here at Deviant Art! =waleed-DP's photography has a certain touch of originality to it, although he has many lovely nature shots, he also seems to include some outstanding portraits in his gallery as well. =waleed-DP has a great eye for photography that cannot be overlooked!

Belgian artist =sm00keh seems to give off a very happy and fresh feeling with his gallery. With just a quick look of his gallery you see just about every single color on the color wheel! This gallery is just full of life and new ideas! This is a very fresh look on photography which is without doubt well worth your time and watch! With a little under 13k page views =sm00keh has accomplished submitting a little over 70 very successful and quite impressive photographs!

I was never really aware of just how beautiful Poland is until I found ~Castillion ! Wow, what a beautiful country, it surely is a lovely place that screams “COUNTRY LIFE." I can honestly say that ~Castillion successfully uses his photography skill in order to make us all long for a sweet vacation to Poland! Wow wow! What an eye for photography!

Italian artist *Maceo-x- has a very different gallery to what one would expect out of a "Nature/Landscape gallery." Although very beautiful and impressive, *Maceo-x- has a very unique style of photography, nearly all his photographs consist of very dark colors, which in turn portrays a very dramatic and tense photograph. I am not typically drawn to this type of photography, but *Maceo-x- really does have a special spice to his photos!

Slovenian artist ~Luzdi is new to Deviant Art! ~Luzdi joined on March 29th and has only 334 page views, but despite his fresh gallery here at deviant art, I can honestly say he has started well and I really do think that he has much potential and will become a big Deviant artist in the future! Help ~Luzdi out by giving him a watch and some good constructive criticism.

*solodaddy has been a member since July of last year. Although he has a little under 5,000 page views, and 128 deviations, *solodaddy has managed to keep a constant amount of quality photographs in his gallery. *solodaddy states that he is a deviant of many talents, I would have to agree! From taking a quick glance at his gallery you can tell that he enjoys photographing all different types of subjects, and he has certainly shown that he can do this successfully!

I personally have always wanted to visit Finland, and =timeisatraveller makes me want to go even more! Wow, what a fun and high quality gallery!! =timeisatraveller seems to show every single beautiful aspect of Finland, and atop of that, she also throws in a few personal touches to her gallery such as portraits and other good stuff!

German artist, ~mescamesh has an incredible gallery, who would imagine that he only has 6,000 page views! Sounds impossible don’t it? Well that is what it thought when I saw his impressive gallery. ~mescamesh has some truly incredible macro shots, as well as some very nice scenery photos too! This is surely an artist well worth your watch!

Yet another new artist, and from Poland too, can this get any better? ~soulfuric has a little under 5,000 page views, but if you take a moment and look at his gallery you will not be able to conceive how such a new artist can have so many incredible shots. I can't say much about this artist because I am still in shock; the quality of the gallery is just shocking!!!

~alekstalve is from Finland, and he has 1,436, great combination! Although ~alekstalve is new and has very little experience in the photography field you can see that he will be a future photography genius. He has already acquired a good eye, and good method for processing his photos. His photos are great; he seems to portray the idea of nature very well. Well worth a look!

Although very young, *justinblackphotos has got quite an eye! I am a fanatic of macro shots, and *justinblackphotos's gallery can show you just exactly why I love macro shots. How he does it, I don't know, but it's almost like he has animals pose for him! His gallery is filled with many lovely surprises that...i promise... Can only be seen if you take the time to appreciate his photos!

Yet another artist with relatively low page view numbers, *ComprehensiveOne says he is "City Boy Lost in the Wilderness"..... I think he has taken advantage of being lost, and he has found his way towards perfect photographs. *ComprehensiveOne has some incredible landscape photographs that I would not mind hanging all over my home. They are absolutely gorgeous, dramatic!

Brazilian artist, *hermanzaum has 642 page views, that is all I will say. With seeing the thumbnails below, it should be enough for you to want to give him a watch; I have not seen a gallery like this in a long time! WOWOWO!

Seventeen year old Norwegian artist =NA-1 should inspire you just by seeing that he has no really avatar, yet he has an incredible gallery. How does that work???? This teen has a very special style that he uses to photograph that can only be discovered if you visit his gallery. So let’s boost his page views, and give him a little bit of criticism!
