Below is my first idea, rather then make this extreamly long, if you read this and like the idea you can go to my journal for the update on what i have finalised will be the things each issue will have, as well as show what positions are available, but please read the idea first, thanks.

Ok so it has come to my attention that we are able to now post news on Da, now I am sure that after the mods have fixed it up so people who are spamming get banned and make it more manageable it will be great! So this gives me a totally awesome idea!
A group of anime/fantasy artist should make a by monthly new letter, in which we can include things like perhaps
-top ten best unknown images
-unknown artist of the month
-interviews with a popular artist each month
-tips, tricks of the digital trade.
-best tutorial of the month.

You know stuff like that. I think if a bunch of use got together, we could make a really awesome little news entry each month that would show off some lesser known artists and artwork that’s in our styles, we could even highlight some amazing pieces that may not be in the fantasy anime, whatever style of the newsletter to broaden the readers horizons. I could be helpful like tutorials, and tips from other artist, and all in all generally encourage more community evolvement on the site!
Now I am not saying the news letter has to be about anime. fantasy I choose that assuming that most of you know that what I draw and therefore if you watch me are probably intrested in the same thing, the idea has potential. We could pick out some "mods" of the newsletter, and maybe make a da account specific for it, were other users could suggest artist, materials and things they'd like to see in future months.

I guess it comes down to A are you interested
B I can't do it alone and I am looking for help form other better establish artist here on Da
and C whether or not Da doesn't block this whole danm news thing from us before we get a change to do something really awesome.

You ya thought comment? please don't “spam” people but tell others about this idea so they can come here and check it out, I think it'd be an fun project that can kind of give the users more of a say in things displayed on da, focuses a bit on lesser known artist to give them a spotlight as well as be helpful (from more developed artists) get a change to ask possible questions to elite artist would agree to be interviewed and just bring us closer together. ^^
