True, but now DA is enforcing it more. Before DA could leave images the were vague up and not have a problem. But with this new law ANY image that had a kid doing something that looks sexual even if it only a little bit will have to be taken down.

Before artist could say " He's over 18" and they might have gotten away with it. But now that this law has passed all art that could be seen as sexual in nature invloving what looks like children is a no-no.

Even if the characters are holding hands if one of them is underaged it may have to be removed which I understand wasn't a problem before.

Seeing as how so much of the shounen-ai fan art on DA invloved under aged characters ( even if it wasn't pornographic or too sexual). Besides I was always under the impression that DA had bigger fish to fry before this law came along. Seein as how they allowed mild shounen-ai fan art of underaged characters to remain untill now.

At least we now officially know that DA follows the law!
But I think it's great that they're doing this. Even though most of my favorite shounen-ai fan art may get removed from DA, I still think it's worth it.
After all, we don't want the cops to come knocking on our door saying that we are under arrest due to poisoning the eyes of fellow citizens with child porn. XD
