The Noise Art FAQ:

How do I get the magazine? How do I read it?
Go here [link] and click on the download button left of the image. You will need Adobe Reader to open the pdf-file, which you can get here [link] if you don't have it already.

If you want to see the upcoming issues, too, you're encouraged to add ~Noise-Art to your watchlist right here on dA.

What makes noise^art different from all other pdf magazines?
Simple answer: Quality. All artists showing work here are hand-selected and all artworks have undergone a very critical quality inspection. The interviews don't use standard questions, the artworks are shown in the best possible resolution and size, each work on a single page. And last, but not least, the magazine isn't just overloaded with tons of crap, but does present the just the extraordinary on 33 pages.

The art in here isn't just some art. It's the best of the best.

How can I get my work into the next issue?
Please don't send us notes. We usually invite the artists that we work with or call for entries on special forum threads on dA. So you either have to make fantastic art and wait for us to see it or you have to watch us and wait for another entry call, which will be announce in our journal.

However: If you are a writer and want to show poems in noise art, you are encouraged to note us. We're looking for poetry for the next issue. But please don't send in angsty-teenage-stuff ("my clouds are grey/the pain will stay"). We won't use such crap.

Can I show this to my friends?
Yes, of course. You are not only allowed, but supposed to spread the word about this magazine in every possible way. Your support is very appreciated. But don't use any parts or images from the magazine anywhere. The works in the mag are copyrighted and belong to the artists.

Are you allowed to show these works?
Of course. The magazine has permission to show all artworks.

Will this be released only via deviantart?
Probably not. Although dA is the main page for noise^art at the moment, it is planned to release the magazine via an own homepage somewhen in the future, if it is sucessful. It also will be released via the homepage of the creator.

Who created this?
noise^art is, at this moment, created by *Raventhird only. But we're looking for more people to help in the future. If you have experience with design and writing and you feel that you can judge what great art is, please note us.

A personal note on this release.

Ever since I was a child, I dreamed of having my own magazine. I created tons of fictional mags throughout my life, last time a year ago, when I sketched out the rough design of noise^art (see here)... now, somehow it actually came to birth...

Thanks so much to all the fantastic artist who did support this so far and do support it still (next issue needs to be filled, I guess). It's my pleasure to work with all and get some help on my ongoing battle for quality in art.

*Raventhird
