Free V6 Help

Okay so if you haven't noticed V6 was launched late last night/early morning (depending on your time zone) to mixed reviews.

We as admins have had a little more time with it than the rest of the masses and as such I thought I would volunteer my knowledge with whomever is interested. Rather than complain that everything is different perhaps I can help show you how much more user friendly and easier the site is to navigate.

So... if you have a question concerning V6 please ask it. If you know of someone who is having troubles, please link them here. I will be updating this journal with your questions and hopefully answers to said questions.

Computer Assistance for all

Redpoint is a chatroom for all those who require assistance on computers. Anyone can join and lend a hand in helping others or you can pop in to get help from one of the members of the room already.

The room has been setup by =Skyrail and ~commanda both of which have experiance with computers, from building them to upgrading. The majority of help will be for hardware related problems but the Redpoint team will be more then willing to help with software problems including problems with Windows and with adjusting properties of the computer in the BIOS and much more. (Help is only limited by the helpers knowledge ;))

You can find Redpoint at #Redpoint and you can pop in anytime of day (we can not guarantee we will be there 24/7). If you think you can help out please drop either =Skyrail or ~commanda a note stating your experiance with comptuters and technology.

We are looking for helpers who are knowledgable in linux, both Skyrail and commanda have limited knowledge with linux and require someone to help out, so if you think you can help please note Skyrail.

Yeh I know, I am a h3lper in it =P there is also #openhelp in which I am also a helper :P so lol, this room is dedicated to computers though.
