My main purpose in doing a monthly feature about (to my point of view) 'the best visual art' is to put in the same level as well wellknown artists and popular creations as unknown artists and under-exposed creations.
Artists need to be supported.
So don't be shy!
Visit their pages, support them by faving, commenting, and when you see a deviation that you like also view their gallery entirely, like that you can decide if you will devwatch them or not.
Viewing only a deviation (what is great) is not enough
And if you want to see your favorite visual artists or art selected to be in this feature for the next month, send me via note the links/thumbs!

reports, October 8, 2006Finally, after more than six weeks of waiting, it is done: =exceeds releases their first ArtPack titled ARISE.
The aim of the =exceeds ArtGroup is to try to take the genre of photomanipulation further than what one normally sees. Our members currently are *Aegis-Strife, =Cutteroz, *enigma-astralis, =fensterer, *JohndeLano, *judith, ^kuschelirmel, ^nighty, *ThisYearsGirl and `Wishmistress.
Roughly every two months, we produce an ArtPack such as this one, to push the boundaries of what can be done with pictures and a graphics program. Each member can contribute one submission to each pack – the collection for our very first Pack is what you see before you.
The theme chosen was ARISE
*Aegis-Strife, =Cutteroz, =fensterer, *judith, ^kuschelirmel, ^nighty and *ThisYearsGirl have submitted an image each to fit the theme. The result of their work can be seen here.
