Finally, after more than six weeks of waiting, it is done: =exceeds releases their first ArtPack titled ARISE.

The aim of the =exceeds ArtGroup is to try to take the genre of photomanipulation further than what one normally sees. Our members currently are *Aegis-Strife, =Cutteroz, *enigma-astralis, =fensterer, *JohndeLano, *judith, ^kuschelirmel, ^nighty, *ThisYearsGirl and `Wishmistress.

Roughly every two months, we produce an ArtPack such as this one, to push the boundaries of what can be done with pictures and a graphics program. Each member can contribute one submission to each pack – the collection for our very first Pack is what you see before you.
The theme chosen was ARISE

<sub>arise [arose, arisen]:
1. To get up, as from a sitting or prone position; rise.
2. To awaken and get up: arose at dawn.
3. To move upward; ascend.
4. To come into being; originate: hoped that a new spirit of freedom was arising.
5. To result, issue, or proceed: mistakes that arise from a basic misunderstanding.</sub>
