I would like to be a subscriper, not because I deserve it! but its lovely to view ART in a better way whenever we can!! I think the main reason i want a DA sub so that i can be noticed... honestly. I have a whole group of friends... some popular on DA, and some lesser known; the lesser known ones are the best ones... they actually appreciate comments and try to respond to them all, and i really want a way to show case these people better... i don't think it's possible to give them all the love they deserve, unless i can earn the respect of artists, and be more noticed myself...

DA needs someone like me, who's willing to show case all kinds of art. Look through my gallery, and you'll see that i'm all over the place in my stlyes, and media... and people like me have a hard time gaining fans, and respect. People have told me that my photography is great, or my traditional art rocks... but they won't watch me casue i can't committ... It's sad. I love attention, from my art, too.

Besides that... i have no way to pay for a sub.... still have the dial up connection to prove it.

Any ways, thanks for reading this, and your doing the DA community a huge favor

Hi, i'd like to enter your competition so here goes:

I would love a subscription for Deviantart because it would help me to do so much more here. I'd love to be able to feature little known artists in my journal, people that have great artwork but dont get the recognition that they deserve. I see other deviants that do this, and they're doing such a wonderful thing I'd like to do the same.
Also with a subscription it would enable me to promote the club I founded, which aims to help people who are struggling here on DA.

I want the subsription simply because I love art! The thing about DA is there are so many beautful works here but many don't get appreciated enough because they get lost in the sea of deviations. If I get the subscription, what I'm gonna do is promote, promote, promote all those amazing but underappreciated works/artists! Support our lesser-known artists, yes, that's what I want to do. It's an important thing to do!

And of course I wud appreciate all the perks that comes along with being subscribed. I wud especially love for people to abuse my shoutbox! Why? Because it'd be cheap entertaintment & it'd wud make me smile!

Al7amdu Lilah, when I saw your FREE dA Subscription offer I said its my chance to be subscriber as I always dreams and I said I will make my paragraph soon but I totally forget till now, so thanks god I remember today and its before the dead time. I’m so happy for that.

Now, Why I need a subscription? From 2 years ago I join DA and it was a wonderful thing happen to me because I found the space to show my work and my points of view to the great people here. And DA gets me out my daily work routine and noncreative work asked by the clients.

But recently I can’t be active as in the beginning cause I have now too many friend here and I’m the admin of the Egyptians group so I didn’t have time to response to all the deviations and comments I have or I want to see. (Some of my friend here stops watching me thinking that I stopped watching them but I don’t I just haven’t enough time)

So I think having a DA subscription will make me more active because of the thumbnails and the viewing comments way, which make me happy again to get my friends back and also get a new friends.

Also I can feature some great deviations here and share it with my friends, support my clubs by adding stamps, use the polls to discover ways to improve my art and ideas.

Another thing it get the bloody ads out of my page you some of them had a nude images.

In few words it’s a great to be subscriber to be involved in the community spirit easier and faster and making my friends happy.

When I read about the free subscriptions I thought: Whoaaa how cool! 'cause I've never have a subscription and I really like to show my works on DA, and I think it would be easier for me to find a job if I make my main page more attractive. I really want to work as a illustrator.
But then... well, I would like to win one of the free subscriptions, but... I know my best friend ~LechuguitaReverde would like to be subscriber too, so I thought it would be a wonderful birthday present for her to give her a subscription ^^ If I win, my prize will be for her, for being so kind with me since I met her 4 or 5 years ago, and for being the best of the best friends anyone can have on Earth

I'd like to first say thank you for having a contest like this, it really means a lot to many of us, as you can see from the many varied replies to this contest, so thank you for allowing us to recieve free subscriptions.

I feel it's unfair to list reasons as to why one person needs it over another, because I feel we all equally deserve a subscrition, we all have our reasons. Alas, this contest requires one, so I shall continue...

I used to have a dA, but sorta lost contact with it due to lack of replies from people. I just recently started this account, and have gained more friends in a few weeks than I did for my entire old account. I can't say I'd use my Subscription to cure world hunger or anything, but I think it'd be nice to have certain features. The ability to see who visits your page, but doesn't comment (aka stalkers). A way to send pictures of my and others deviations to my crappy cell phone through the DeviantMobile would be a nice touch as well. A way to create polls or have forums, always nice.

I have the exact dilema you stated in your journal, I have the funds to subscribe, but my parent's refuse to let me use one of their credit cards for online, and will not let me get a PayPal or Debit Card, although I've time and time again explained about why all the SSL Certificates and how ZoneAlarm (my firewall) has identity theft....but they are linear and refuse to listen.

So in all fairness, I don't think I deserve it any more than the next person, but it would be a nice thing to have. Thanks again for giving people like us the opportunity become more active members of dA.

Art is a most important part of everyones life. It portrays feeling, emotion, talent -- and trust me, as we all know, so many deviantARTers are talented. I write poetry and draw, aswell as manipulate photos and take them. DA is becoming increasingly advert-orientated, with these new full-page ads and the like. I don't like this. DeviantART is an amazing place full of wonderful people, but to distrupt the visual feast of art with a huge advert is disgusting. I understand totally why they are doing it, and I am glad so many more people are joining, but I can't help feeling... well, y'know. My internet is slow enough as it is, not loading the same page but on clicking a link. I waste so much of my time clicking on this or that only to find it's not that that I wish to look at. It's annoying. So larger thumbnails and message centre previews will allow me to spend more time drawing and writing (what art is all about) than waiting for the technology gremlin to let me browse. I didn't think there was a solution, but when I got a 1 week free subscription, I found how much more free time I was blessed with now I had no lags or unneccesary clicking. I got so much more done before I fell back into the great ellipsis of the loading bar.

Thank you for reading this, and I hope you consider me, although my cause is selfish, I do love dA and art!

I wont really say that i deserve it , but yet if i were to get a subscription i will try to promote islamic art at the best of my understanding , i have a project in hand which is for muslim kids , we dont see much of cartoons for muslim kids as if islam has stopped us from making art , it is God's own property , and we are the blessed ones to have creativity in our hand so why not use it for a propagation of God's Cause itself!
I want to have this project finished now , which because of less resources i am unable to ... this promotes islamic teachings in a fun way to kids.. i hope i make sense as to why i would be the best choice for this sub...anyway! thanks for even giving me chance to speak out my cause here on DA!

Lesse, Sami doesn't really think she deserves it but she wants it. I always give my unknown artist a good share of the love because I myself am an unknown artist. My family really can't afford a sub for me so that is some of the reason too. I also want one because, I gues I always did. I support this and I'd pu stamps or pictures representing people of "Save the Pandas" or anything important o me.
So that's why I want a subscription. It's probably not the best reason, but I gave it a shot. If I get something, I do. If I don't, aw well. ^____________^
