HO HO HO a Christmas contest!

the Theme of this contest is Checking it twice

Santa has this infamous list where he keeps detailed information on all of us, and he judges us by every action we make! That list is the key to all of gift giving and karmatic repercussions in the holiday season. Its very important. Seeing that this is such an important part of santas job, I think it only fair to pay homage to it.

So this contest will be to do the following:
Depict a Scene that illustrates the list in some manner. Santa doesn't have to be present, but the list must be. the work should be very holidayish and festive.

Rules:

The work must be a drawing or painting. No photomanips, photography, or literature. Digital okay.

All styles including anime, cartoons and realism are good

It must have a background and a scene of some manner. No Santas standing on a white bg's, or anything like that. Tell a story with your art!

New art only. must be created and submitted no earlier than November 1.

One entry per person.

To submit:

Send a note to me ^guruubii, with your entry. make the subject of the note "Contest Entry"

Prizes:

The prizes will be subscriptions, But I am asking for donations to this cause. the more donations I get the bigger the sub will be
Send me a note with "contest donation" as the subject to make a contribution
depending on the number of submissions I plan on having first, second and possibly a third prize. if I don't get enough entries, I will just make a first prize.

Prints and art prizes are availiable as an alternative to the subs for people with lifetime subs, or no interest in subs.

Judging:
The contest will be judged by me ( ^guruubii ).
If I get enough entries I will drag `misskittyoooo into judging too.. against her will of course

Judging will be based on Creativity, and the best representation of the topic
