On the other hand, that kind of selection sets the bar so high, that, to quote Joel Silver, there is no bar. It can be very disheartening, when you realize that no matter how hard you try, no matter how much time and care you invest in your work, there are people so more talented than you that going on is pretty pointless.
I wonder if I'm the only one who thinks this way.
