hello everybody,

First of all we decided to start a new project called "artsofthemonth" .

It's something familiar to signature of the week but a bit more advanced. We will have different kind of ladders so every designer of any form of large art can enter the competition.There will be each month a competition e.g. 3d art, moddeling,webdesign,(trad + dig drawings) but there will be also a featured artists, interview with a top artist of the crew, etc. If you win you will get a an awar as recognition but there will be always prizes included e.g. 100 usd or something like a subscription. Daryl (Kakkr) and me asked ourself how should we get this big as possible, and we figured out the best thing to do is to recruit an awesome team of great artists.
So we started our search on dA looking for great and popular people.

currently 21 members (+ kakkr and me) joined, still some to go.

We're looking for about 8 judges for each categorie which their standards need to be high of theirselves. We also might be in need of a confidentioal moderator team for the forums. (not sure yet)

Now our webdesign will be submitted today you will get a global view of the site. Our webdomain is [link] and our design is being coded now and our launch should be Dec 1st. (hopefully not later due to some design problems which are fixed now but took a lot of time)
Your work isn't going to be rated by the public but being rated by our personal judge team to prevend friend political stuff. Although the public will be able to give some C&C on each submission.
We're currently looking for more great artists who want to be a judge of a featured great competition site. If you're interested please leave a comment or send me a note.
