Welcome to the first edition of the forums newsletter, a series in which we throw the meaning of journalism out of the door and then piss on it.

A'ight, three bits of main news for you:

1. n00b Idol

n00b IDOL has been running this month in the deviants forum, and the final round is up now [link]

It's between =Prince-des-Sots and =motchi, and votes are still being counted, so get them in quick! It should be ending soon.

2. Plzocaust

Proving you can make a horrible genocide into a pun, the plzocaust hit the forums this week D:

Nearly all accounts were taken down. I sent an e-mail to the UN regarding the attack, and am hoping for a reply soon.

3. Finally, in what was the biggest change to hit the forums since the last big change, A NEW LOCK ICON WAS INTRODUCED

Long ago: Lock icon invented. Rejoice!

After that: Meets dAmn forum, falls in love. Occasionally fritters with other forums

After that, but not quite now: Forum mods introduced. Lock icon goes on an all-night bender in deviants and complaints.

Still not quite now: Forum mods killed/sleeping. Lock Icon returns to dAmn with open arms.

Like, a few days ago: New version introduced. Fatter, but it's what inside that counts.
