The farm where Hewlett Packard was founded is preserved.
And Richard Nixon’s house is a museum.
But the house where Superman — one of the world’s most recognized heroes — was created? It’s a wreck.
So, with the creation of The Siegel & Shuster Society, we hope to raise enough money to repair the house and make sure it will be saved, restored, and there so you can take your kids one day.

Bill Melendez Has Passed Away (1916-2008)

reports, 2d 2h agoJose Cuautemoc "Bill" Melendez started off as an animator for Disney and Warner Bros during the 30s and 40s, and later he moved on to UPA where he produced various commercials.
But he's most well remembered for producing (and sometimes directing) the Peanuts animated specials, where he also provided the voice for both Snoopy and Woodstock.
RIP Mr. Melendez. Your works will never be forgotten.

reports, November 27, 2006Hi there! I'm the founder of a brand new Avatar: Last Airbender club 'Toko-Fans' [link] . I'm just trying to spread the word and trying to get memebers to join. It's a Toph/Zuko Pairing fan club. Yeah, I know it's an odd pairing, but there's a Iroh/Katara pairing so no whinning. That poor girls gets paired up with anything that moves *sigh* But that's not the point of this article. Just think about it. Toph and Zuko wouls make such a cute couple. Even if you don't like the pairing, please come see us. *puupy dog eyes*
I've never done this type of thing before so I'm not sure how to go about gaining members. So please just at least check it out. No flames or spams.
