We are aware of several fairly critical bugs concerning deviants and we are taking every step to make sure these are resolved as soon as possible. But you can help us get that done by doing a couple simple things for us.
Below will follow the three main issues we have been receiving reports on, so if you are experiencing anything relating to these, please list which ones, and info you can provide or links to specific examples. But please clearly list which one it is so we can sort through the replies easier which leads to us fixing them easier. The more examples and user names we can get on here the more we can go on.
Also, I would like to ask that you use this news article to post the issues to instead of the Help Desk. This makes it easier to find reports of different issues within the help desk.
Gallery Related Bugs
We are aware of a growing number of issues users are facing in relation to various gallery issues. Amongst those are newly submitted artwork not appearing for quite some time, your gallery itself being incomplete and various issues with stored deviations not appearing in your gallery once moved out of storage.
New Account Data/Message Center Issues
This is an issue that appears to be affecting users who have joined after November 1st and the symptoms are when you make a post messages the comment appears blank, comments in your message center leading to blank comments, adding someone to your watch list but they are not showing up in your watched management yet you will still receive notification of new deviations they have submitted. Also, when sending/receiving notes the message body occasionally appears blank.
Favorites Issues
When adding something to your favorites it can take anywhere from a few hours to several days to show up on your favorites list.
Again, if you are experiencing any of these issues let us know here instead of the help desk so we can get these worked out as soon as possible. Your art is the most important thing here, and we don't want you to be inconvenienced one second longer than is needed to fix these problems

On a side note, I think it's about time deviantart would put the message bar (the one on the top) like it used to show on DA v4, with news, comments, etc as separate items. This is the thing that currently most annoys me in the navigation of DA (apart from the slowness, which is being solved, according to spyed).

And yes, I've added one deviation by ~iDNAR ([link] to be exact) about 2 hours ago and it hasn't showed up yet (neither on my frontpage, nor in my activity, not in my favourites-page). That's not really a big issue thou
And I don't know if this is related to users joined after Nov 1, but there is another bug with my Friends/devwatchers. But Helpdesk is aware of that (case #168386).
... and for some reason I can't preview this comment. Servers seem to always lag around this time a day (+/- 2hrs). (Yes, I've read $spyed's latest journal

Half an hour ago, the entire things in my gallery dissappeared. No deviations, no Journals, no deviant comments... no anything.
All my stats were reseted to 0, and all the information and submissions of my account dissappeared; 10 Minutes ago they all came back to normal, and 5 minutes ago, they all dissappeared again. Just at the moment of posting this, they all appear normally.
I'll post a screen-capture if that happens again.
New Account Data/Message Center Issues/ Favourite Issues
I watched a deviant that haven't appeared in my list, and I receive still, notes about her new journals and submissions; I also appear to watch a person, since it appears in my friend list, that I don't know. the address appear in the "friends" box" and in my stats, yet I don't recive notifications of anything, nor it appears in "manage friends" area.
Similar issues with favourites; I favourite things that don't appear since a week ago, and recive "thanks" notes from users, for favourites I never gave, but appear randomly in my list, and then dissappear again in their own; The system doesn't allow me to "unfav" them by hand, so I have to wait they dissappear on their own.
I also have another issue, but forum related, which I have described in this thread..
deviantART is getting more and more claustrofobic for me, since it's pushing me out of certain areas...
