Fandom is something that everyone can fall into. Being a fan of a certain novel or movie brings people together (especially in internet communities) and sparks imagination.

The idea behind this contest is to create a piece of artwork that illustrates the best part of your fandom. Whether it be a favorite scene, dynamics between two characters, or the beautiful/strange landscapes-- anything you choose you can submit.

Rules
1. You must choose ONE FANDOM only! (1 entry per person)
2. You must draw/paint/sculpt/create (digital/traditional) your favorite character, scene, aspect from the fandom! (No photography, no manipulations, no poetry, no prose) You can have one character, you can have NO characters! Its what YOU believe to be the BEST part of YOUR fandom. Please stay true to plotlines from either books or movies.
3. All enteries must be posted starting on December 3, 2006. NO PRIOR WORKS ACCEPTED!
4. Works must be contest specific, meaning they are labeled with the fandom, the contest name, and the link to this contest.
5. All entries MUST have a brief reason why YOUR fandom is the BEST!
6. No late enteries!
7. Will be voted on by the PUBLIC!

February 3, 2007 is the deadline!


HOW TO SUBMIT
Enclose a properly uploaded contest entry in a NOTE to =ArtisticAunJuli entitled "Fandom #" (1= Star Wars, 2= Lord of the Rings,
3= Harry Potter, 4= Pirates of the Caribbean)

Prizes*
3-month subscription to each of the 1st place winners, along with journal features!
One winner will be chosen from EACH fandom!
The fandom with the MOST submissions will be declared the (unofficial) biggest FANDOM of 2007!
ALL participants from the BIGGEST fandom will be put into a random drawing for a 3-month subscription!
