Welcome to Forum Newsletter 2: Oh shi-

This month, hopefully I can make it so the article looks presentable and you can read it! I wouldn't hold your breath though.

For the uninitiated, the forum newsletter is a new series that will hopefully bring light to the many mysteries that surround the forums.

This month I sent several 'net reporters to investigate the wonders of Help With Life.

We lost three very good men. Their plight will go down in history, providing the court case is over soon and I can name them


This month, not much happened in the forums, so I may resort to making up news. We shall see.

N00b Idol

Following on from last month's news, the winner of n00b Idol 2006 was announced: =Prince-des-Sots.

Many congratulations to him!



New Mod Team.

Well, not technically 'new' as such, but this month the @MNadmin team took over modding rights in the forums.

I'll admit to having reservations about this, but I think it's fair to say they're doing a good job now.

So cheers to the new mods!

Necro-ing went about in complaints as a load of threads were bumped.

And several members were banned/suspended.

!Aramakael is probably most notable here, he's left to get a life One of the two to get reach the 32,767 post mark. Apparently he'll be back soon though.


Memes

The meme of last month, humping avatars has died off somewhat, but a few can be seen knocking around.

Of course, the big meme is Christmas avatars. =S-Que has a nice ickle tree made up ofavatars on her page.

My own avatar annoys even me now, but at least I can give it up after tomorrow

THE DEAD HORSE COUNT

This month the count for anime is: 20,271
This means it's only a 2 thread increase on last months, hopefully signalling that everyone has got over there addiction. HOPEFULLY.

'Emo' on the other hand, got only 1,934 threads, showing that sadly it may not die for a while yet.

'emo anime' together, receive 77 threads, showing that at least my worse nightmare hasn't come true yet

And another thing...

As you may have noticed by the whoring of trees in this articles, it's now Christmas Eve!
