Introduction
Welcome to the weekly Help Desk news. In these weekly updates we will attempt to bring you the most up to date information, as well as provide some helpful hints for super duper deviantART fun.
Hexe's Corner
We have been hearing through the grapevine that the Help Desk has been a bit hard to find for some users, while the majority of you all seem to find it just fine, we have decided to add in three more access points to the Help Desk. Bringing us to a total of 6 access points!
If you visit your own userpage and look to the top right corner you will notice a menu tree next to your statistics, hovering over it will reveal the link entitled Help, clicking this link will take you to the Help Desk.
The second new Help link resides on the front page of deviantART, located in the navigation column on the right hand side of the page.
You can also use the "Quick Menu" to get to the "Help & FAQ" page. The Quick Menu can be accessed by clicking the small deviantART logo next to your username, located under the deviantART header. Once the logo is clicked a menu will drop down with the option to access the Help & FAQ, in the bottom of the listing.
Ewm's Corner
This week I would like to remind everyone that all adCast related inquires should be emailed directly to
ads@deviantart.com. These inquiries can include but are not limited to campaign, content, and general questions.
A team trained specifically for this area answers all questions concerning adCast that are sent to this email address. This will ensure that you will receive the swiftest and most accurate response to your query.
When sending an email please do not forget to include your username so they know who you are.

Devious Comments
I understand that the helpdesk might be full of requests, but I'm having a journal with almost 200 supportive comments at the moment, and loads of insults on my userpage (being washed away by my beloved watchers, but still an issue).
Thanks... even if I'm totally in the wrong place >_<
But the faster you'll act, the better, so I'm maximizing my chances of it being read fast.. ^^

To use my stock you need to read and abide by my Stock Rules
She is now harrassing me herself directly in my journal. If I understood well, the desk reopens only Sunday. This means 2 days to go without any proper way of using DA. How could I chin up? :/
I have art done, but I need to wait until all this mess is over in order to upload it... T_T
Thanks for the support though
I don't know about anyone else, but I have a feeling that if it's happening for others, specifically subscribers who paid to have a CSS journal, that they don't appreciate something covering it.
I do applaud the idea though, it's much better than stretching out the top of the userpage to fit all of the options in.
And actually, there was one day that I noticed it had receded back and was short enough that it did not overlap the journal portion of the userpage, but then the next day it went right back to covering part of it.
