Welcome to the third edition of the Forum Newsletter.


This month, I pondered whether it should be 'Forums' or 'Forum.'
The answer was a resounding 'No-one cares,' so we'll stick with the title!

The Forum News

OMGZDRAMAZ

The Waamubalance was on standby, but never called in, as a group of forum whore moaned a bit about how much better the forums were in the 'good old days'

Whether the forums are worse now is not really up for discussion in this news article, but `dxd went to the forums and made this thread. E-fights ensued, the gist of it being everyone hates the MN@, because they lock threads.

Because, you know, INTERNETS=SRS BNS

Word Association?

Adding to this drama, =StJoan's word association thread was locked, and her banned from making a new one

Regulars disagreed, mostly because they couldn't see why it needed to be locked.

BUMP!

Near the start of the month (I should really note the dates down..), a shitload of anime threads were bumped in complaints.

That's a scientifically measured amount, in case you were wondering.

SINNERS

Again at the start of the month, sins filled complaints.

Threads based on 'the 7 deadly sins' were made, snowballing in, resulting in 7 seperate threads.

Sadly, in al got too much when threads based on the 7 virtues were made.

I was masturbating asleep, but luckily intrepid reporter =FemaleWarrior took some nice screen shots.

Memes

Two memes hit the forums - boobs and nametags.

Deviant regulars started with boob avatars, such as ~WhiteTrashHero's.

However, this was taken over by the monster that is name-tag avatars, started by *VernonX9000 in an effort to get to know the forumers better, but ultimately being whored out

Threads

mp3 player - ~karacannibal's fiancé breaks her mp3 player. Complaints tells her to murder him several times over.

Darn kids......... - Some sort of weird RP goes on here, but fun nonetheless.

THE DEAD HORSE COUNT

This month I learnt how to use the forum search feature properly, so here's a better judge of anime complaints:

1,391 complaints about anime.

Well, it's a fart sight smaller than what we got before.

But DAYUM, that's still more than we need.

For future reference: Anime threads will ONLY ever get flamed in complaints, or have more flames than constructive comments.

I know n00bs want to complain about it though, but it's a tough world

_{Incidentally, I did ask $chix0r if she'd make a anime sticky thread, even saying I'd be the poor sod to deal with it. She said she'd add it to suggestions which she was going to review.
Nothing certain, of course, and I don't think anyone should get their hopes up just yet, but hey, finger's crossed, right?}


And finally...

A small request: Could someone make a stamp for the articles? I was hoping for a competition, but, alas, prizes cannot be acquired

Also, any spamming of this article is appreciated
