Screen shots and so called "Desktop"

reports, January 25, 2007*Hello, Everyone. I hope this has gotten to your attention as well as mine. I am quite the "Copyrights" Freak. So Some of you might not agree to what I am about to say.
*DESKTOPS.. Screen shots of people's desktops that are not EVEN a shot of there real desktop, Such as a picture from an anime NOT EVEN desktop sized. Or edited sonic art just threw into the catagory "Desktop" So they can get away with Uploading art that doesn't belong to them. This is basically a form of art theft. It's a little more understandable when the people have a real screen shot of there whole Windows/linux/Uinux/Mac Operating system's desktop. But a freaking sonic sprite edit or a cover to an Anime manga? Is that EVEN a Screen shot of a desktop? No. They just took the picture and uploaded it and put it into "Desktops" as I said earlier. So DeviantArt staff doesn't delete it. Or either that People never report this art theft.
*I WOULD link to some of the pictures and examples of what I am talking about but I am not sure if that is allowed to be done on the news page or Journals etc.
