Point blank is a web novlette/web comic i want to start, and it's not taking off because i'm having issues with charachter designs and rounding out the story.

If anyone collaborates on this, full credit will be given. I don't have the cash to payout, and neither does jpopress.

I need artists of all kinds to help me with this, mainly just writers and comic-like artists.. i have an idea of what i want for the website, and will gather the cash to buy the domain. (I have someone who can cook up a wiki-style updater for me and everyhting.)

It's a simple story set in 2008 in a simple tokyo university. Oddly enough these students have abilities they control at their own will. Yet many around this universty can't stand them..

enemies and neutral friends alike, it's a flourishingly great idea and it should deserve to be picked up.
