As predicted in deviantART Reaches All Time Traffic Highs which I posted Feb. 2nd (2 days ago) we have in fact continued to grow at the predicted rate.

As an update, here are the new broken records:

MOST PAGEVIEWS IN A DAY:
33,250,378 February 2nd.
35,316,045 *NEW* February 3rd.
36,834,635 Projected for February 4th.

Note: February 2nd had 1/2 hour of downtime due to unexpected maintenance. This is why we did not hit the 34,989,519 projection I stated in the previous news article.


MOST PAGEVIEWS IN A SINGLE HOUR:
1,997,429 February 2nd.
2,052,138 *NEW* February 4th.

As you can see, we continue to grow at approximately 5% per day, day over day.

This is not normal, at all. We are serving approximately 33% more pageviews per day than what we could during the timeout crisis last week. And while we are handling the scale beautifully right now, please expect that we may run in to some kind of trouble if we continue to grow at this pace for another week.
