Global warming... is it already too late?

reports, February 8, 2007It looks like the global warming it's a sure fact. It's happening now, in our lifetime. Till some days ago I was sure that the global warming is a slow but sure process. It looks like I'm wrong. It's not so slow!
This thing gives me a very bad head-ache. Is there any change we could stop this? Recent studies show that the global temperature will grow with up to 6.8 Celsius degrees till 2100. Will my son grow till then? Doesn't it sound horrifying? For me it is.
What can we do? I would like to know. From what I read I understood that we can't stop it... just slow it down. I'm very serious about this... but I can't believe my self either.

Regardless, there is no reason to think that we can't make a difference, each of us (over 18) votes - and there are how many Deviants?
