Welcome back to the 7th issue of The Third Dimension, our 10th Issue will be celebrated with the release of The Third Dimension @ DeviantART.com which will be the official profile of the article which will hopefully grow into a published magazine!
This will not happen however unless we start getting more support for the article, basically in excess of 30 favorites on average. Preferably reaching 100+ by issue 15. So do what you can to promote it and you never know how or when you yourself may be featured!
But enough dreams for one day, Now just enjoy the best works that this week has had to offer.

I have always been a fan of cubic art, and the colours in this coupled with the minimalistic approach leave me wanting more. Excellent stuff from a talented artist!
Verve by ~bionfant
Such a gorgeous looking render, with splendid textures a feeling of being lost is created by Biofant. Excellent work!
Mama by ~RGUS
Now i'll be the first to admit that I do not like to feature female figures rendered in Poser or similar due to the flood of nudes that inhabit the gallery, but I do have a soft spot for this image with it's attention to detail and stunning volumetric lighting. A wonderful piece with the humor intact.
Viral Solution by ~Time-o-matic
If all viruses looked like this, I'm sure we wouldn't find their side effects too intrusive. Excellent use of light and colour make this image well worthy of a feature and congratulations to the artist, this image has just jumped to my favorite of 2007 and thus has been awarded a place in my journal.
Burnt out.. by *sentimentalfreak
I was shocked to see this was going to be moved to scraps, such a perfect render and such a powerful image, albeit it would be more so without such intense grain but still well worthy of a feature.
Fey by ~Re1v
Such exemplary use of colours and a startlingly gorgeous bit of modeling make Fey by Re1v a piece to be reckoned with. In my view this is screaming out for the award of a Daily Deviation.
EPPUR SI MUOVE by ~BLACKEMPERATOR
Whilst some would accuse this artist of copying the trademark styles of artists such as *
Jesar I would disagree, Black Emperator brings a unique touch to this style and carries it off perfectly, excellent use of splines and basic shapes make a very simple yet stunningly effective artwork!

Well, that wraps it up for issue 7 - Stay tuned and show your support, let's get The Third Dimension up to being the premier 3D art article in dA history!
Love,
10am.
