I was recently stripped of my duties here at deviantART. Most importantly, the ability to feature art that often generates some magnificent buzz. This article will be a 7 deviation collection of works I would have chosen, had the deviantART administration been capable of absorbing a challenge for prematurely and hastily deleting a piece of beautiful work I chose for a DD. The work was called Black Apple by *ooty. It was a small hand-crafted sculpture of half an apple, the outside covered in a thick black glaze, and the inside revealing a delicately sculpted yet quite subtle vagina. It was far, far less sexual than 90% of the photographs in the Artistic Nude Gallery, but much more passionate and loaded with references from fairy tale to religion to food/sex fetishes. Their decision far from angers, but rather, baffles in the administration's inability to attain ethics in presenting professional art in a mature manner.
