Song Inspiration

What is this contest?

Take a song, any song, and do a piece to it. You can use any characters you like, any song you like, whatever! This is a free, open piece. There aren't going to be too many rules, but as you know, more elaborate pieces tend to do better in contests!

The Rules

1.) In your deviation's description, provide me with the lyrics, name and artist of the song. If you have a link to an MP3, that'd be awesome, but it's not required. (If you don't know all the lyrics, at least provide me with a few lines.)
2.) If it's in plain, pencil lineart, be as detailed as possible. Plain lineart makes me think you didn't try too hard.
3.) Please don't do anything disgusting. If it's a sexy song, I really don't want super details. Nudity is fine. Just not... explicit.
4.) PROVIDE THE SONG GENRE. Country, rock, rap, J-pop, dance, whatever!
5.) Participants are allowed to submit up to three entries. What's the catch? They all have to be different music genres!

The Prizes

For each song genre, there will most likely be a winner and a runner-up. If there are two entrants for a song genre, there will only be one prize. So, prizes will vary, but it'll be artwork. ;D

Due Date: All entries will be due March 31st. This will provide you with ample time to finish a piece!
