Title: Flight
FLIGHT is a collection based on photography by Eliot Porter, specifically his work with various types of birds. I was inspired by the colors, patterns and textures that were present in the photographs.

My inspiration for this collection is a bohemian glamour queen. This is a girl who likes to have fun with her wardrobe, loves color, and is a fashion diva. She also has this very earthy side to her that's very casual and relaxed that she sometimes likes to show with her clothing.
I really wanted this collection to have very bold pieces that can be worn alone or mixed together to provide a whole different outfit. Almost everything is interchangeable. The pieces are somewhat simple and have classic silhouettes, but are played up with the fabrics, prints, and punchy colors.
Main colors used:
Leaf (green), Midnight (navy), Twinkle (rose pink), hot spot (magenta), plum berry (purple), Saffron (yellow/gold), Earthen (brown).
