Well, it's ok to write something about Psy-Trance and the way you have experienced it if it was written as a proper editorial on the subject. Instead all you did was post a chat transcript
You will notice at the bottom of this "news" you have posted where it says "Who loved it?", how many people liked/disliked your article. Rejections tell alot about whether the article is good or not

The delete feature was not given as a priviledge because it could be severly exploited/abused. People take alot of the features here on dA for granted and exploit/abuse it. With the delete feature (the edit feature comes with it) not available to everyone, it would also make the newsposter really gather the facts/present a news article in a better manner seeing as they wont be able to come back to make corrections so they have to be spot on
