As I'm sure many of you Deviant Art members know, there are these fancy little things called Podcasts for your ipod. There are podcasts for TV shows, video games, news channels, etc. What better way to spread the word of Deviant Art than a DAcast? If Deviant Art where to run a podcast, it might gain many new members, and would spread the interest in digital and traditional art.

Ideas for the Podcast:

Have a News Section, Updates, and maybe featured deviations section. The news section would be regarding contest, limited discounts on prints (like the Christmas deal) and that sort of stuff, the upgrades section would be regarding the site and the changes it is going through. And of course, we could run a featured deviation segment, where we could maybe shout out and describe a few of the host's favorite deviations since the last podcast, or maybe provide a video podcast where we could show photos of the deviations.

(this would also give many artists a huge amount of exposure!)

- We should have at least 2 hosts (one for traditional art and one for digital)
