People can be addicted to different things in different ways, whether a drug addiction, an addiction to a person or object, or even an addiction to something odd and original like a certain smell or place. The theme of Addiction opens up a wide array of possibilities, from humorous and happy to dark and depressing, and we want to see them all! So dig down deep and tell us--show us--what you're addicted to...


Rules

Alas, there have to be rules!

1. No fan fiction or fan art.
2. Prose pieces must be no longer than 3,000 words.
3. The deviation has to be new and of your own work.
4. The deviation description must state that it's an entry for this contest.
5. There must be a noticeable connection to the addiction theme.
6. No more than 3 submissions per deviant.
7. Poetry needs to be longer than 3 lines (no one liners please).
8. If you use someone else’s stock, please make it clear in the description that you have.
