A special one that is, I want a themed css for my journal.
Rules:
1-It has to have a groovy look, fresh and happy.
2-You can use one of my drawings if you want.
3-No dark colors. (as in I don't want a black and white with dark gray theme)
Price:
The winner gets a full CG of 1 or 2 character of her/his choice.
Deadline:
Starts Marsh 15th and ends April 15 (a whole month, plenty of time.)
