This is inform all that a very special deviant is participating in a swimming event to help raise money for arthritis. Canadian deviant Alison Martin aka ladyarachnia at [link] is taking part in the Foresters Big Swim Event on April 21 in Oakville, Ontario Ca. Donations will go towards funding research, treatment and solutions for people currently living with this crippling disease. Alison will be swimming a distance of 1,000 meters (for U.S Citizens that is 10 football fields in length) and has already raised $165.00 with 1 month left before the event but so much more is needed. Although commonly thought of as an older person's affliction it affects people of all ages. Imagine not being able to paint, draw, or hold a camera steady without extreme pain, even things taken for granted such as walking around your house suddenly become agonizing ordeals.
