Welcome to the Third Dimension Issue 11!

Sorry about the delay in getting this rather small issue up, various health issues have prevented the posting of the issue up until now!

It is a bit smaller than the last issue but we hope you enjoy it anyways, so without further ado please enjoy this weeks selections!

PR series 2 Full Front by ~pedramr
Once again I find myself drawn to this artist, this piece features such rich colours and deep hues that it's almost a dream to look at. Excellently smooth rendering and texturing makes this piece well worthy of a place on anyone's desktop!

This piece actually reminds me of a hotel I once stayed in down on the beach, such a moody scene this is a well rendered piece of architectural modelling which not only is excellent on it's design principles, but also works incredibly well as a piece of art in itself. My congratulations to the artist!

I think if Escher himself saw this he wouldn't be able to believe it, It just goes to show that even the impossible is infact, possible.

Old Street Final v2-Ozel istek by *pitposum
If I ever go to France, this is what I expect it to look like damnit!
Lovely atmospheric work with almost picture perfect texturing earn this artwork a place amongst some of the very best featured by The Third Dimension.


Coke Can by ~paulincesar
Who could go past a tribute to the most popular drink ever invented, and especially one as well done as this! Lovely modeling work, even down to the detail to show the new style of can! I reckon I need to go get a drink now!

As always the best is saved till last, and this piece just blew my mind... The colours and flow of the artwork work incredibly well to create a visual feast, while the rendering itself may look slightly blocky, it works contrasting the smoothe flowing lines of white and blue with the darker abstract shapes. Brilliant work making for again a wonderful addition to the magazine!
