There are a lot of artists/art thats overlooked on dA. I will be posting a different subject every few weeks to bring some exposure to different artists, cameras, genre's, subjects etc.
The Bird
Its hard to explain what is so appealing about this subject. The Beatles had a song about a blackbird, Edgar Allen Poe wrote about The Raven, John Keats made an Ode to a Nightingale etc. They say birds are a lucky omen, a symbol of faith, a sign of prosperity and associated with freedom. I think im going to stop there in trying to explain this subject. Theyre already beautiful in their simplicity whether it be one bird in the sky, the evil goose at the lake or the pigeons in Paris I hope you enjoy these photos as much as I did.
For Keith, Happy Birthday.
