We all have our number one favourite dA wallpaper... apart from me, they are all my children and i luff them all, even the slightly annoying one that always wets the bed...

Anyway, here's another thrilling installment of My Favourite Wallpaper!

One of maybe three desktop wallpapers that I use for extended periods of
time - easy on the eyes and to top it off - familiar to me as far as the
emotions are displayed - and I appreciate that from an artists'
standpoint.




I've lately become quite the lover of simple and minimalistic wallpapers. "The Last Earthling" really sticks out to me because of the neutral and gray colors everywhere, and then, suddenly, a big and beautiful tree to bring some color and life to it. I use it all the time as my desktop's wallpaper since it is one of the few wonderful dual screen wallpapers here on dA and very gentle on the eyes.




This wallpaper ends up in high rotation for me on just about every work station I use since discovering it a year or so back. It has a lot of clean white space, then in the right corner is just the most bad ass mech you could possibly hope to imagine. Ultra sharp modeling and a clean render make this a classic wallpaper.




This abstract piece is, for me, just timeless. I keep coming back to it because of the wonderful depth and drama. The clever use of colour really gets me!




Among some of the early works posted to deviantART, Frontiers is on my work desktop. I've used this as a background on and off for over five years and is one of the first works I ever downloaded on the site--under an earlier screenname. Though its not blue (which might make me love it even more!) I still haven't found a better wallpaper for a 4:3 monitor. To this day, I am the only deviant who has favorited Frontiers.
