"We continue to attend Memorial Services and continue to grieve and pray. I go from sadness to anger hour by hour, and know that the healing process will take some time. My dear friend Karen was the first memorial service I attended, just a week after the tragedy. We know that she is definitely gone because a co-worker was with her on the 78th floor when the plane hit (he survived with serious injuries) and he told us that Karen died instantly from the impact. Everyone on the 78th floor skylobby was either killed instantly or seriously injured. The plane had crashed at about floor 80. As we try to reason why this all happened, we continue to try to live normal lives, continue to cry and grieve those lost to this tragedy, and continue to pray for peace.
