The halo family is getting a new member, Halo 3. And as many of you already know it's going to be the final instalemnt in the halo series. Lately it was released at bungie.com that the halo 3 beta goes live May 16th 2007 and go on through june 6th. But you're gonna have a hard time getting too see it. Your only chance is to pick up a specially marked copie of Crackdown or be a very important member of the bungie community.
The Beta itself consists of three maps, Valhalla, High Ground and Snowbound. These are perfectly sutible for a heated match in a variety of gameplay, familliar and new. If you're one of those lucky
[link] to get a chance at testing the beta there will be a number of new features youll get to test out, including a new grenade type, a completely different class of weapon, some of the enhanced online functionality and whatever else bungie has cooked up. Some of the new ordance you'll get to let lose when they finally release the game are the Spiker, sniping vehicles, Spartan Laser and finally the Brute Spike grenade.
If you're one of those die hard fans that just won't give up until you've learnt every last detail that bungie will let slip then go to the bungie website and download they're new documtary 'Is Quisnam Protero Damno!' it documents them developing the multiplayer feature of halo 3.
