The old saying goes "time flies when you're having fun" and that saying seems couldn't be truer as this month Phirebrush has reached a milestone. This May marks the sites 5th Year Anniversary. Has it really been that long? Time just has a way of creeping up on us it seems. So we'd like to take this time to thank you as we always do. Thanks for sticking with us and growing through the good and bad times. We love you all. Here's to 5 more wonderful years....

But, enough of that, we have a new release to talk about! Just 1 submission shy of the 300 mark, Issue49 is again packed with some great content. This month's cover "3" is brought to us by artist LeslieAnn, showcasing a wonderfully detailed image that is both sad and tragically beautiful all at once. Also featured is an interview with photographer and designer Paul Octavious, famous for his "Puffin Clouds" set at Flickr (you may of seen one of the images in our last issue).
