A great new group has started up in the community and it needs your support! *dAFilmSpot is in its infancy, but promises to be one of the best resources for Film Artists here at deviantArt.com. Not only does it have a user page with details on what they plan, but it also has a chat where you meet and greet people in your field.

Keep a watch on the journals which will contain updates for festivals and resources that will be beneficial to breaking into the industry. Browse *dAFilmSpot's Favorites. This will be the place to see fellow film artists projects, head shots, and other film related art work.

Drop in to meet the Mogul =ladycaasi, and audition to be a member while the group is in "Pre-Production". In the Film field it's all about the networking and there are great people around full of information you need to know. So come in, sit down and schmooz some contacts. But remember, with every great idea there are always a few glitches along the way. I'd like to take this moment to remind you that sharing personal information can be dangerous. So if you do join and participate, make sure you know who you are talking to before you make any plans to share identifiable information.
