Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls - are you ready to be blown away?

I recently held a thread on the Deviation Thumbshare forum to offer some outstanding work a place in my latest journal feature - it's title was "Think You're Different?"

The response was amazing.

The starting point of the thread went something like this :

"Right, for my next journal feature I want to see some really different work.

There's plenty of bog standard art subjects out there, and although they have been captured at very high quality - I think that some of these resources have been quite over-tapped.

So, show me stuff to really interest me!

I want fresh ideas.


Go ahead and surprise me!

All media accepted, no thumb limit but please don't swamp me!"


So, the key words here are : *Different *Fresh *Interest *Surprise

And by gum you did!


I was extremely impressed by the quality and sheer volume of work that I had to pick through! And so now, I'd like you guys to check it out too.
