THEME FOR JUNE 2007:
This month's theme will be ROYGBIV - Colours of the Rainbow!
Looking at the stock gallery we see smatterings of colour all over the place but usually only a couple of colours in each photo. Anything from drab shades of black and grey to 'oh my god my eyes!' bright, fluorescent lime greens and oranges.
What this month's challenge is about is getting as many DIFFERENT colours into your stock or resources as possible. Go retro, go funky, go CRAZY with colour and brighten up your stock in the easiest way possible. Toss on those old, wacky leg-warmers, drop by your closest theme park, drench your hair in some temporary hair dye or show us some zany colourful objects around your home. The more colour the better! For this challenge - you need at least different 3 colours (not including black or white!) in the deviation you submit for the challenge.
THUMBNAIL EXAMPLES:
RULES:
Deadline: The stock you wish to enter MUST be posted in June 2007. No entries submitted before June 1st or after June 30th will be accepted
Category: It must be submitted to one of the resource categories (stock art, textures, brushes, etc)
Resolution: Only deviations over 600px will be accepted (no 'low res' pieces please!)
Theme: There must be an obvious link to the theme
Number of Entries: You can enter as many times as you like - but only one deviation from each series you do relating to this theme. (EG: If you make a full 'Disco T-Shirt' or 'Coloured hair' model stock series, please only submit one of the photos to enter from each series - though you CAN enter other photos from other series' that fit the theme)
Who can join: Only stockers and resourcers, please. General art, literature, photography, etc won't be accepted. This is a stock/resource project.
HOW TO JOIN IN:
NOTE this club with a link to your entry.
In the subject line of your note, please put 'June Challenge' or something similar.
